lorielJump!
is a multi-facet Customer Relations Management, User Help and Documentation system for the
Maya platform. Each module of Maya has its own context-sensitive lorielJump! package which
comprehensively explains how to use the module, how to handle errors and how to present
the module's contents to Customers - and how to insure that those Customers have all the
information they need to work within your system as easily and well supported as possible.
lorielJump! is at
its simplest form (which is still a lot!) platform independant, and at its fullest tied
into OS's which can support Rich Media Content such as Macromedia Shockwave/Flash, and
other generally Windows and/or Macintosh internet plug-ins.
By utilising the
Java plug-in and Java Media Framework, Java2 capable machines can utilise the full power
of streaming audio-visual media without requiring proprietary applications ensuring
security, stability and flexibility which is the hallmark quality of the Maya platform. |
